Redirect Settings
|
Why redirect settings?
- Flexibility for Commercial Applications
Example: An employee can connect to his/her company's web site for search/upload of data after scanning a 1D barcode.
- Enable Interesting Web Applications
Example: An interested developer can build a price comparison service based on 1D barcode lookup. And end users with QuickMark can use Redirect Settings to automatically access the price comparison service whenever a 1D barcode is decoded.
- Power to End Users
We expect multiple services to be based on the decoding of barcodes on mobile phones and wish to give end users the ability to choose which services to use.
